Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated, and growth-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective students, clients, institutions, and business partners through various outreach channels.
- Promote and present Quillance's services, internship programs, training solutions, and technology offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, presentations, and business discussions with potential stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and institutional partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
- Represent the organization during campus drives, webinars, networking events, and business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Engagement, or Marketing will be considered an advantage.
