Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This is a full-time onsite role based in Kolkata, requiring regular presence at our office.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and actively contributing to Queneva’s overall business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Queneva’s services
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, networking, and research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Understand client needs and coordinate with technical and creative teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotes
- Manage account activities and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Track industry trends and competitive activity to help refine growth strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of IT services and software-based solution sales models
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts with professionalism, trust, and credibility
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a full-time onsite work environment
- Prior experience in IT, SaaS, or technology service-based organizations is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
