Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Incentive: ₹500 per successful client conversion

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for outbound lead generation through structured cold calling and market outreach. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the Category Manager team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cold calls to targeted businesses
• Introduce company products and services professionally
• Generate business interest and identify client requirements
• Identify key decision-makers and understand packaging needs
• Qualify leads based on buying intent and purchase timeline
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
• Ensure proper lead handover with complete client notes
• Follow reporting processes and achieve daily activity targets
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
• Good discipline and consistency in daily activities
• Previous experience in lead generation or business development will be an added advantage
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of calls made per day
• Qualified leads generated per week
• Client conversions after payment confirmation
• Overall contribution to sales pipeline
Compensation Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹500 per successful client conversion
• Conversion will be counted after the first client payment is received
