Role Description
Experience Require- Min 6 months to 1year
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Pune City. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts for BPO sector. You will build and maintain client relationships, strategize to meet business targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Key responsibilities include market research, making pitches to prospective clients, and ensuring excellent communication throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Understanding of core Business processes and strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and improve client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the business development or BPO sector will be advantageous.
