We are hiring for Business Development Executive Position.

Location: Baner, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level
Job Summary:
As a fresher Business Development Executive in the AEC industry, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to be a part of the dynamic world of AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Research, identify and qualify prospects in the AEC domain (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil, etc.)
2) Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outstretch.
3) Connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
4) Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and internal teams and maintain records using CRM tools
5) Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
6) Participate in internal strategy meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Architecture OR MBA in Marketing / Sales.
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Basic awareness of the AEC industry.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

1) Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
2) Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
3) Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
4) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
