We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can actively identify opportunities, build client relationships, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth. This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with business owners, decision-makers, and brands.
Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for QuadCubes by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding business requirements, and coordinating the sales process from lead generation to proposal discussions. You will work closely with the strategy, marketing, and creative teams to pitch tailored digital solutions that help businesses achieve measurable growth.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
● 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
● Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, branding agency, or IT services company will be an added advantage
● Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
● Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across various industries.
● Initiate conversations with business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business goals and challenges.
● Schedule discovery meetings and sales presentations with prospective clients.
Sales & Business Development
● Promote QuadCubes services including:
○ Branding & Creative Solutions
○ Performance Marketing
○ SEO Services
○ Social Media Marketing
○ Website Design & Development
○ Video Production & Content Solutions
○ Lead Generation Campaigns
● Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
● Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch decks.
● Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales cycle.
Market Research & Strategy
● Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
● Research target industries and identify new business opportunities.
● Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
● Track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
● Prepare regular reports on lead generation, meetings, and conversion activities.
