Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our recruitment services across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures
- Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients
- Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Track sales activities and update CRM/reporting systems regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Understanding of recruitment/staffing industry is preferred
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, and email communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred
