About Q UP
Q UP is a digital healthcare platform that connects the entire healthcare ecosystem. It allows patients to:
- Book doctor appointments
- Get online consultations
- Track their health records
- Receive real-time updates on appointments
Q UP also provides customized applications for doctors, enabling them to digitize clinic operations and deliver efficient, high-quality healthcare.
Currently, Q UP operates in 59+ cities with 1000+ doctors and over 50 lakh happy patients.
We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development Executives / Managers who are passionate about sales and want to contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a crucial role in expanding Q UP’s network by onboarding doctors and clinics. You will be responsible for visiting clinics, demonstrating the product, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving doctor acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand doctors' needs and build strong professional relationships.
- Visit assigned territories and conduct product demonstrations for doctors and clinic staff.
- Drive doctor acquisition and clinic digitization in your territory.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by acquiring new users and converting competitor users.
- Conduct rigorous follow-ups with doctors to ensure successful deal closures.
- Provide platform training to doctors and clinic staff after onboarding.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects through referrals and networking.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
- Strong sales mindset and ability to drive conversions.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and upcountry if required.
- Strong people skills with high customer-centricity.
- Good technical understanding of digital products.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and time management skills.
Work Details
- Shift: Day Shift (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
- Location: Field-based role
