We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven *Business Development Executive* to expand our casino business presence in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, increasing footfall, and promoting casino services to targeted customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, hotels, event planners, and premium clients.
* Promote casino packages, memberships, events, and special offers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Organize promotional activities, networking events, and brand awareness campaigns.
* Maintain client database and follow up with leads regularly.
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
* Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and business growth.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
* 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Hospitality / Entertainment industry.
* Experience in casino, hotel, nightlife, tourism, or luxury services is an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good network in local market of Gangtok, Siliguri, or Kolkata preferred.
* Target-oriented with strong closing skills.
* Ability to travel frequently between locations.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
* Presentable personality with professional attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Knowledge of gaming/casino customer preferences.
* Existing contacts with high-value clients, corporate groups, and tourism partners.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about sales.
