📍 Location: South Delhi & West Delhi
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

About the Role
Puresta is looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our salon network and drive professional salon sales across South Delhi & West Delhi.
⚠️ This opportunity is strictly for candidates with SALON CHANNEL experience in Facial/Skin Category.

- Professional salon brands
- Skin/facial product companies
- Salon distributors
- Beauty & professional care companies

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand salon network in assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Onboard new salons and generate repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and salon staff training
- Drive secondary sales through distributors
- Ensure product visibility and promotional activities
- Build strong relationships with salon owners and beauticians
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Execute local salon marketing activities
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years experience in SALON CHANNEL
✅ Facial/Skin Category experience is mandatory
✅ Strong market knowledge of South Delhi & West Delhi
✅ Existing salon network preferred
✅ Experience handling salon distributors
✅ Ability to conduct demos and training sessions
✅ Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

- Comfortable with field sales
