Job Summary -
As a Business Development Executive at PSQUARE COMPANY, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with international clients, and building long-term professional relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and position our software solutions effectively. If you are a proactive professional with experience in international sales and a passion for client engagement, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential international clients through various channels.
1.Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
2.Relationship Management: Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
3.Requirement Understanding: Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.
4.Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
5.Follow-ups & Closures: Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures effectively.
6.Market Research: Analyze global market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
7.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and client interactions.
8.Client Time-Zone Alignment: Conduct meetings and discussions aligned with international client availability.
Qualifications Required-
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
● Proven experience handling international clients.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
● Comfortable working in evening shifts aligned with client time zones.
Nice To Have-
● Experience in software / IT services sales.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
● Experience in B2B sales and global markets.
● Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
