Role Description
Protrainy is seeking a Business Development Executive to support its business growth and build sustainable relationships with clients and partners. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and effectively communicating Protrainy’s value propositions. The role also entails regular market research to identify trends and secure partnerships that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to understand business needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the E-learning or education sector is an added advantage
