Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing key accounts. The individual will collaborate with the team to create strategies for expanding the business, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
