Role Overview
we are looking for enthusiastic fresher’s who want to build a career in overseas education counselling. You will guide students through their study-abroad journey and learn how international admissions work. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide students on overseas education options — courses, universities, admissions & visa basics
• Interact with student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) and support them through the counselling process
• Assist with applications, documentation, and coordination with partner universities
• Maintain organized student records and follow-up updates in the CRM
• Work with senior counsellors to support outreach activities and student enrollments
Skills & Qualities
• Strong communication skills (English required; local language is a plus)
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable speaking with students
• Willingness to follow up consistently and learn counselling techniques
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in overseas education and career growth
• Fresher’s welcome — structured training provided
