Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers to understand their needs and present suitable Tally solutions.
- Engage with customers professionally over phone, email, or online platforms to explain product features and benefits.
- Follow a structured sales process using the given leads/data to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (support, operations, delivery) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and market trends to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience in HSBC Home Loans or kitchen solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage inbound inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).
