Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive consistent revenue growth. The role requires proactive outreach, strategic planning, and effective communication to meet business objectives and support organizational expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication and maintaining professional client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and overseeing client accounts with dedication
- Knowledge of the real estate market or a similar industry is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
