Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in business development within the Indian recruitment and talent acquisition industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. You will work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and assist in delivering effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and references
- Generate leads from startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations across India
- Connect with HR professionals and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, service offerings, and rate cards
Client Coordination & Requirement Support
- Understand basic hiring needs (permanent, contract, contract-to-hire roles)
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for profile submissions
- Schedule interviews and conduct timely follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth coordination
Performance & Target Achievement
- Work towards achieving monthly performance targets
- Track leads, submissions, interviews, and closures
- Maintain proper records of outreach and follow-ups
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery
- Learn about recruitment models, market trends, and salary benchmarks
- Ensure professional communication and quality service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident personality with good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment/business development field
