Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Perks
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM (Mon–Sat | 1 Hour Break)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) who can manage incoming leads, build trust with potential customers, handle follow-ups, and convert quality leads into successful enrollments/sales.
This is not just a calling job — we need someone who understands persuasion, consistency, and disciplined CRM execution.
Key Responsibilities
Call fresh leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings clearly
Convert leads into successful sales/admissions through effective communication
Perform regular WhatsApp follow-ups with interested prospects
Maintain accurate lead records
and update CRM daily
Manage Excel sheets/data for tracking
leads and conversions
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
Ensure fast response time for all assigned leads
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good spoken Hindi and English
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
Confidence in sales conversations and follow-ups
Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment
Good listening and objection-handling skills
Professional and disciplined work attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–5 years experience in sales / inside sales / telecalling / business development
Experience in education, SaaS, service sales, or lead conversion is a plus
Honest, passionate, energetic, and growth-focused mindset
Someone who takes ownership instead of giving excuses
