Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification
- Business and Account Management skills, including client relationship building, negotiation, and post-sale support
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation capabilities
- Ability to understand website development services and translate technical offerings into business value for clients
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or digital services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
