Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a dedicated professional, located in Lucknow. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key aspects of the role, which might include assisting users with higher education research, gathering and validating educational data, developing resources for career guidance, and delivering outstanding support to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to continuous platform improvement will be integral to the role.

- Excellent research and data analysis skills, including gathering and validating information.
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging written communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer engagement and problem-solving abilities to support user needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with India’s higher education system and career pathways is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Research, or a related field is preferred.
