Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Chandigarh for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting market research, and strategizing to achieve growth targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, pitching services to potential clients, and monitoring industry trends to innovate and improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Focused, results-driven, and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or technology sector is an added advantage
