This is a closing role, not a lead generation role. If your experience was limited to cold outreach, follow-ups, or pipeline management, this is not the right fit. We need people who own the conversation from the first call to the payment link. If you can't walk us through how you've closed high-ticket B2C deals in a previous role, please do not apply.
What will you own?
- Handle inbound and outbound discovery calls end-to-end
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments — own the close
- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets every month
- Build trust with prospects — career changers, working professionals
- Manage follow-up pipeline with discipline — no lead left cold
- Feed product and marketing with real objection data from the field
WHAT YOU MUST BRING?
MUST HAVE:
- 2–5 years of high-ticket B2C or EdTech sales with a proven close rate — you should know this number off the top of your head
- Comfortable selling ₹50,000–₹75,000 programs to working professionals over phone/video
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets — bring numbers
STRONG PLUS
- Background in EdTech (Have sold Up-Skilling course/program) or career-transition products
- Genuine interest in tech, product management, or career development — you need to believe in what you're selling
