About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BD with strong experience in lead generation, international business development, and client acquisition in the outsourced accounting/KPO industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and data-driven prospecting, with proven success in USA markets. This role requires a self-starter with leadership qualities, who can own targets, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and other prospective channels.
- Conduct data mining & research to identify target industries and decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Founders).
- Leverage email automation tools to run targeted drip campaigns.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Engage with international prospects (USA, UK, Canada) to understand their outsourcing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Build strong client relationships to convert opportunities into long-term accounts.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Identify emerging trends and industries for outsourced accounting opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide insights on competitor activities and market positioning.
- Sales Execution & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and business forecasts.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Take ownership of individual targets, while also contributing to overall business growth.
- Mentor junior team members (if applicable) and contribute to a performance-driven culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition within the KPO/Outsourced Accounting/Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.).
- Strong expertise in international business development across USA.
- Excellent communication & email writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Strong data mining, research, and opportunity identification skills.
- Demonstrated track record of being target-driven and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and show leadership qualities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
