Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. The candidate will be based in Jaipur and will have opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Knowledge and experience in Account Management and Business strategies
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a results-oriented approach
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
