Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, networking, field visits).

• Generate leads and convert them into enrolments for training programs.

• Conduct counselling sessions to guide students/professionals on suitable courses.

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporates, and individual clients.

• Arrange drives for campaigns and promotions.

• Maintain a database of leads and track progress

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and events to promote the institute.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
