Job Summary:
Precision Path Lab is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting diagnostic services, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate clients
- Promote and market the laboratory’s diagnostic services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare/lab industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in diagnostic lab or healthcare sales (Preferred but not mandatory – Fresher can also apply)
- Knowledge of local healthcare market and networks
- Good presentation and persuasion skills

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our team. This role is perfect for motivated graduates who are eager to build a career in healthcare sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers.
- Manage the sales funnel including calls, demos, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain and track daily/weekly activities using simple CRMs or trackers.
- Represent the labs at local events, CMEs, and outreach activities to promote services.
