Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of Praper Media by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and exceptional communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Draft and send professional, persuasive, and personalised emails to prospects.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound client queries and messages.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, conversions, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Strong cold-emailing and lead-generation experience.
- Excellent email writing and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
