We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to ensure timely quotations and smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/International Business) will be an added advantage.
