BDE Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach
- Handle initial communication with clients (emails, calls, messages) and understand their requirements
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and basic presentations as per client needs
- Coordinate with technical team to understand project scope and timelines
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper tracking of all prospects
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential client segments
- Update CRM or internal reports with daily activity and progress
- Assist in creating business strategies and outreach campaigns
Skills Require
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software, etc.)
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Time management and follow-up discipline
