Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Rajkot. The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating quality leads. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, strategizing to expand the client base, and achieving organizational growth goals through proactive business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong business and strategic thinking abilities to analyze markets and develop actionable plans
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and client management
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring satisfaction and retention of key clients
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
