Job Description:-We are seeking a Executive/ Sr. Executive – Business Development (Pharma CMO) to support our Business Development function across contract manufacturing and licensing activities.
The role involves close coordination with the BD Head and cross-functional teams, with responsibility for client communication, execution, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication for queries related to costing, product development, regulatory, supply, and dispatch
- Support Business Development activities including quotation preparation, follow-ups, payment tracking, and coordination
- Independently onboard new customers and new products from initiation to execution
- Assist in new product introduction and business growth initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory, Production, QC, and Supply Chain
- Ensure continuity of operations in the absence of BD team members
- Travel for client meetings and business discussions as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in P2P contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO)
- Exposure to in-licensing and out-licensing
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, plant operations, and commercial costing
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
