Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive/Sr. Executive to drive business growth within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) industry across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and client relationships across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors. A strong understanding of BIM technologies, digital construction trends, and market dynamics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint across India and global markets.
- Identify potential clients across sectors including infrastructure, real estate, commercial, residential, industrial, and government projects.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to strengthen market positioning.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present BIM capabilities, case studies, and customized solutions to stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and align services accordingly.
Tendering & Proposal Development
- Support proposal and bid development for BIM-related projects.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for competitive submissions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and developers to form strategic alliances.
- Engage with technology partners to enhance service offerings.
Revenue Generation & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and reporting.
Brand Positioning & Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Promote BIM services and digital transformation solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in business development or sales within BIM, AEC, or related industries.
- Proven track record in acquiring projects and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- MBA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
