Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Jaipur, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The individual will lead initiatives to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue for the organization. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new markets, preparing business proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and exploring innovative approaches to market expansion.
Qualifications
Strong business acumen, with experience in business strategy and market analysis
Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and business negotiation
Expertise in identifying growth opportunities and exploring new markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms
Relevant experience in the healthcare or veterinary domain is an advantage
Experience 1-3 years
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
