Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and manage leads effectively. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained engagement. The role involves conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, devising strategies for outreach, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure sustained customer engagement
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is an advantage
- Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and the ability to meet sales targets efficiently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
