Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jagatsinghapur for the position of Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include driving new business development initiatives, generating leads, fostering strong client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. The role focuses on expanding PhonePe’s merchant network while ensuring seamless onboarding and providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to foster long-term client relationships and ensure partner success.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to strategize and execute plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
