Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Katihar. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, generating leads, and managing key accounts. The role involves fostering client relationships, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives and expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong capabilities in Business strategies and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales or business development in a fintech or technology-focused organization is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
