PeX First is a pioneering consultancy dedicated to transforming Patient Experience (PeX) in healthcare through Clinical Hospitality. We work with hospitals and healthcare organisations across India, helping them enhance patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and organisational excellence through training and consultancy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow into the fields of training and consultancy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
- MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- BBA Hospital Administration
- Diploma in Hospital Administration
Candidates from other disciplines with a strong track record, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for healthcare are also welcome to apply.
Healthcare professionals looking to transition into training consulting, business development, or healthcare leadership are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
Approximately one year of experience is preferred but not essential. We value potential, attitude, and a willingness to learn as much as prior experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Professional appearance with excellent personal grooming.
- Good interpersonal skills and business etiquette.
- Confident in meeting healthcare professionals and hospital management.
- Willingness to learn and gradually take on responsibilities in training, facilitation, and healthcare consultancy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required.
Technical Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage but not mandatory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and support client acquisition.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and training programmes.
- Prepare proposals and client communications.
- Support the delivery of consultancy and training projects.
- Grow into a Clinical Hospitality consultant through structured mentoring and hands-on experience.
