We're hiring a Outbound Sales Executive who owns the full sales funnel — from first LinkedIn message to signed contract. You'll be the face of Per4mance Guru to potential clients across India, UAE, and the US, pitching AI-native performance marketing services (Meta, Google, D2C growth) to founders and marketing leaders.
This is a hunter role. You find, qualify, nurture, and close.
What You'll Do
- Build and work a targeted prospect list of brands, funded startups, and SMBs
- Run personalised LinkedIn, email outreach campaigns (not spray-and-pray)
- Own discovery calls — understand client needs, pitch the right solution
- Coordinate with the internal team to build proposals and decks
- Follow up persistently and professionally until a decision is made
- Hit a monthly pipeline and closure target
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, agency BD, or SaaS sales
- Comfortable on calls with founders and CMOs
- Strong written English — your DMs and emails need to convert
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding on prospecting
- Bonus: familiarity with performance marketing or digital agencies
Compensation
- Industry standard salary + commission on first month's retainer for every deal closed
- No ceiling on earnings
