Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, establishing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships through account management, and developing strategies to meet sales goals. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align business offerings with client needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Fresher/proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to ensure successful client relationships and ongoing satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis techniques.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the e-learning industry is a plus.
