🚀 We're Hiring — Business Development Executive (Freelance | Commission-Based)
We are a growing Marketing & Creative Agency looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build long-term partnerships.
This is a freelance, commission-based role — ideal for someone who is experienced, self-driven, and confident in their ability to open doors and close deals.
📌 What You'll Do:
• Identify and approach potential clients who need marketing or creative services
• Pitch our agency's offerings and build strong business relationships
• Generate leads, set meetings, and convert prospects into clients
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
✅ What We're Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in BD, sales, or client servicing (agency background is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Understanding of marketing/creative services is an advantage
💰 Compensation:
• 100% Commission-Based (Freelance)
