We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate leads, and build corporate relationships.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Head in expanding company operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, field visit experience, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking
• Schedule meetings with corporates and industries
• Support business expansion initiatives
• Achieve monthly business development targets
Client Relationship Management
• Build relationships with HR departments and decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Follow up with potential clients
• Maintain client database and records
Market Research & Expansion
• Identify new industries and markets
• Analyze competitor offerings and market trends
• Explore new partnership opportunities
• Support new project development
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with placement and operations team
• Maintain lead and client MIS reports
• Provide regular updates to management
• Track business development activities
Required Qualifications
• Graduate / Post Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)
• 1–4 Years of Business Development / Sales Experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness for field visits and client meetings
• Target-driven approach
