Sr. Business Development Executive – Inbound Sales

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Industry: B2B & B2C (Product/Service-Based)

Shift: IST Shift — 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage inbound leads via emails, calls, and live product/service demonstrations
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle—from initial customer engagement to final closure
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across communication channels
  • Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to client needs and business goals
  • Drive revenue by closing deals and ensuring timely, personalized follow-ups post-demo
  • Maintain updated and accurate lead information within the CRM system
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion patterns, and provide insights to improve processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in inbound sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience dealing with both B2B and B2C customer segments
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong persuasion skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, sales funnels, and lead management tools
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in US shift timings
