Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident, and people-loving individuals who enjoy conversations and have a natural flair for sales.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — guiding them, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the perfect jewellery piece.
If you love talking, convincing, and that thrill of closing a deal — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and campaigns
• Connect with customers via calls, chats, and video consultations
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery options
• Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
• Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for custom orders
• Maintain basic records of customer interactions
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
• Interest in sales and customer relationship management
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus
