🔋 Business Development – BESS Sales (Maharashtra)
Location: Maharashtra
Experience: 2–6 years
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA Fixed + ₹2–4 LPA Performance Incentives
🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive sales of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Maharashtra.
This is not a passive account management role.
You will be responsible for hunting, closing, and owning revenue in a fast-growing, high-ticket, technically-involved product category.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end BESS sales – from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify and develop C&I (Commercial & Industrial) customer segments
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Maharashtra
• Engage with decision-makers (Plant Heads, CFOs, Energy Managers)
• Clearly articulate product value (ROI, savings, backup, grid independence)
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, execution)
• Deliver consistent monthly closures against targets
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2–6 years of experience in product/solution sales (mandatory)
• Prior exposure to solar / electrical / industrial products is a strong plus
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple language
(You don’t need to be an engineer, but you cannot be clueless)
• Strong ownership mindset – target-driven, not activity-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra

• Pure relationship managers who don’t close deals
• Candidates needing constant hand-holding
• People uncomfortable selling high-value technical products
💰 Compensation
• ₹6–8 LPA Fixed
• ₹2–4 LPA performance-linked incentives (uncapped upside for strong performers)
