Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves managing client accounts, conducting meetings and presentations, and ensuring effective communication to build partnerships and drive client satisfaction. The candidate will also contribute to the organization’s strategic growth by executing sales strategies and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Skill Development / Education Sales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Must be open to travel for client meetings and business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
