Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates with experience on the shop floor of reputed jewellery chains.
- Strong understanding of solitaires, 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut, Carat) and trust-building in high-
- ticket sales.
- Digitally savvy and confident in selling via WhatsApp, calls, and video interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, video calls, and email
- Assist customers with product discovery, design options, pricing & certification
- Drive conversions for high-value and custom-made jewellery
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to close warm leads
- Upsell complementary jewellery sets (e.g., rings with earrings)
- Log conversations, notes, and follow-up statuses into CRM tools
- Coordinate with catalog, operations, and production teams
- Offer video consultations & live jewellery demos when required
- Handle queries related to customization, engraving & delivery timelines
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in jewellery sales (diamond & bridal preferred)
- Experience with organized retail brands is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold purity, hallmarking, GIA/IGI certifications
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM & video calling tools
- Target-driven, self-motivated & emotionally intelligent
- Ability to work 6 days a week including weekends
