🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, digital platforms, and cold calling
• Meet architects, consultants, builders, contractors, corporates, and potential clients for business development
• Present company products/services professionally to prospective customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify competitors, pricing trends, and new opportunities
• Coordinate with operations, technical, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth execution
• Update CRM/MIS reports regularly and maintain accurate sales records
• Attend exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings to increase brand visibility
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and complaint resolutions effectively
