🔥 Who We Are Looking For
We need a serious BDE (Business Development Executive) who is:
- Hungry to close deals and grow business
- Ready to build new client networks from scratch
- Passionate about working in AgriTech / Trading sector
👉 This role is for someone who wants to achieve big and grow fast
🎯 Your Role (What You Will Do)
- Find and connect with new buyers (traders, exporters, companies)
- Build strong relationships and expand business network
- Negotiate prices and close profitable deals
- Understand market demand (turmeric, ginger, agri commodities)
- Work with procurement team for smooth execution
- Daily reporting of calls, meetings, and conversions
💪 Skills Required
- Strong BDE experience
- Excellent communication (English + Hindi + Kannada + Tamil + Malayalam)
- Powerful negotiation & convincing skills
- Good speaking and client-handling ability
- Knowledge of agri products & buying companies
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
⭐ Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Agri Trading / Commodity Sales
- Existing buyer network (big advantage)
- Ready for field work + client meetings
