Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, contacting potential clients, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role focuses on fostering growth through strategic planning and effective communication.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market for BI and analytics services
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers (C-level executives, managers, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and align them with BI solutions (data visualization, dashboards, reporting, etc.)
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and pipeline information
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in BI, data analytics, or IT services
- Experience targeting US clients/market is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (basic understanding is sufficient)
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales pipeline management
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work in US time zones
