Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to generate leads. The role will involve creating proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies. Regular communication and reporting on sales performance will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective presentations, negotiations, and teamwork
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify industry trends and new opportunities
- Project Management and Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Engineering Design, BIM processes, or Digital Twin technologies is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or a sales role is preferred
